I will be posting and emailing to everyone an updated copy of the rules because we have so many newbies and I just want everyone to be on the same page. Welcome Kelsey and Rupert and the Loechel family and Sailor!!! Please remember board is due by the first of the month. We have been lenient in the past about enforcing the late fee which is outlined in the board agreement however; we are going to have to enforce this as too many of you are not paying by the first of the month. Anyone who has not paid board yet (OCT. 1, 2009) should please include the $25.00 late charge with your board payment. We know times are tough and don't mind working with you occasionally. If you have questions or need to make special arrangements to pay on a different schedule, please see Callie or Greg. Anyone who cleans a stall please dump in the manure spreader if it is empty and the dumpster only if spreader is full. Please clean up manure if you spill over the edge or onto the ground. Please do not leave full wheel barrows for CHEC to dump. During the cold weather, please plan on lessoning unless Callie calls or emails to let you know lessons are cancelled. For those who missed Tuesday it is your responsibility to schedule a make-up lesson or you forfeit your payment. The missed lesson will not carry over as a credit, you will still owe for your next lesson(s) as scheduled. Please try to give at least 24 hours notice if you do not plan on attending lessons. Rules and Signature Page * BOARDERS - Please download and complete our Boarding Agreement and place them in the mailbox as soon as possible! * STUDENTS - Please download and complete the Liability Release and place them in the mailbox as well. Thanks! * If you are planning on having the farrier shoe your horse, you need to be there or pay CHEC $10/time or make arrangements to have someone there, regardless of whether or not your horse is well-behaved. The farrier will NOT handle horses when no one is on the farm. Please remember to make arrangements when necessary. It is your responsibility to put your horse on the roster for the farrier. If you are longer than six weeks, it is far too long. Please keep track! So there is no confusion, CHEC is CLOSED to the public on the following Holidays...Christmas Day and Easter. There are no lessons on Memorial Day, Labor Day and the Fourth of July. Please keep in mind that even though this is a boarding facility, it is also our home and we do like our Holidays to ourselves and families. We like living here because it enables us to keep round the clock care for your horses, however we wish to ask for your consideration during Holidays. Thank-you |
